Coverage and capacity analysis of the network. Work on network improvement performance KPIs and optimization tasks. Perform GSM/LTE/5G KPI check, validation, and analysis – pre‑post analysis after changes in parameters / physical attributes. Perform frequency and neighbor planning and optimization. Perform layer management analysis to attain perfect load balancing of the network. Perform data optimization based on dedicated/default TS. Perform network / cell audit on the basis of performance reports. Good knowledge of Huawei GSM/LTE/5G features. Experience in Huawei tools such as PRS/ U2000, CME. Good knowledge of field and OSS/ hardware/ command line. Good knowledge on call trace, swap from other vendors & rehoming activities. Qualifications Must be an Engineer Graduate – BE/B.Tech Electronics & Communication stream is preferred. Working experience of at least 3 years in Ericsson 3+ years in GSM, LTE and 5G. Sound knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint; working knowledge of Macros in Excel is an added advantage. Require travel at short notice and willing to relocate to any part of world. Willing to work on a day shift, hybrid setup (3x per week) and in BGC, Taguig City. Local hiring only. Location: Manila, Philippines.
