Collaborate with cross-functional teams to engage in new product introduction (NPI) processes. Plan and execute test schedules, documenting results and outcomes. Maintain organized documentation for test procedures, results, and reporting. Engage with team members to foster a collaborative work environment. Ensure attention to detail in all aspects of testing and reporting. Requirements Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Industrial Engineering. Experience Level: At least 1 year of experience in RF testing or a related role. Skills and Competencies: Proficient in new product introduction processes. Skills and Competencies: Strong planning and organizational skills. Qualities and Traits: Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage documentation.
