Responsibilities
  • Design and conduct RF tests on new products to ensure quality and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to engage in new product introduction (NPI) processes.
  • Plan and execute test schedules, documenting results and outcomes.
  • Maintain organized documentation for test procedures, results, and reporting.
  • Engage with team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure attention to detail in all aspects of testing and reporting.
Requirements
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Industrial Engineering.
  • Experience Level: At least 1 year of experience in RF testing or a related role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in new product introduction processes.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage documentation.
  • Qualities and Traits: Effective people engagement and communication skills.
