Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

● Engineering–Construction Alignment:

Partner with Design & Construction (D&C) and the General Contractor (GC) to break

down schedules into measurable engineering and construction workflows.

Validate constructability and sequencing of engineering designs, ensuring alignment with

commissioning and operational requirements.

● Client Solutioning & Provisioning Integration:

Collaborate with the Data Center Solutioning & Provisioning (DCSP) team to integrate

client-specific requirements into the construction timeline.

Ensure client milestones (fit-outs, RFS dates) are aligned with GC's critical path and D&C

readiness.

● PMO & Project Controls Support:

Translate technical details into structured project views that the PMO can use for

governance and reporting.

Provide data-driven analysis of schedule adherence, resource productivity, and risk

indicators.

Develop and maintain integrated dashboards linking engineering, construction, and client

milestones.

● Workflow & Process Optimization:

Apply Industrial Engineering methods (Lean, Six Sigma, value engineering, simulation) to

streamline construction workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and improve efficiency.

Proactively identify risks in dependencies (design, procurement, testing) and recommend

mitigation strategies.

● Executive Reporting & Handover Readiness:

Support internal Project Managers and the PMO in preparing status updates for the CEO

and ManCom by providing accurate technical context and impact analysis.

Ensure commissioning milestones, SOPs, and operational readiness criteria are fully

captured in project reporting and handover documentation.

● Continuous Improvement & Standards:

Capture lessons learned across projects and establish cross-functional best practices

between Engineering, Construction, and PMO.

Benchmark performance against industry standards and recommend improvements for

future builds.

● Stakeholder Coordination & Communication

Act as a central liaison between Engineering, Construction, Client Teams, and PMO,

ensuring alignment on dependencies, risks, and milestone readiness.

● Change Management Support

Evaluate impacts of design or scope changes on schedule, cost, and client milestones;

ensure proper change control governance.

● Vendor & Supply Chain Interface

Collaborate with procurement and vendor partners to align material deliveries,

prefabrication, and installation sequencing with project milestones.

Qualifications

● Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.

● Proven experience in large-scale construction projects (data centers, power plants,

hospitals, or other mission-critical facilities).

● Strong knowledge of workflow/process optimization, project controls, and lifecycle

integration.

● Familiarity with physical IT Infrastructure in construction project reporting,

commissioning, and quality/safety standards.

● Proficiency in project and process analysis tools (Primavera, MS Project, Lean/Kaizen,

Six Sigma, or simulation tools).

● Ability to translate technical detail into structured reporting for both engineering

teams and executive stakeholders.
