Overview

Consultant Engagement Representative (Nightshift) — Full-time. The role is responsible for providing an exceptional experience through best-in-class service. You will manage the Consultant/Contractor experience throughout the assignment lifecycle and proactively communicate on essential job functions, ensuring consultants receive superior support for all job-related questions, concerns, or issues. You will work with Allegis Operating Company (OpCo) support teams to address Consultant/Contractor questions and requests.

Responsibilities
  • Introduce the Communities and Mobile App WIIFM to consultants; activate profile while on call.
  • Introduce Consultant/Contractor Care Survey NPS Program.
  • Use a script for Onboarding, Check-in, and Offboarding Surveys.
  • Discuss open End Date Review, Job Inquiry, Refer a Friend Cases from Communities Site & Mobile App.
  • Partner with the Talent Experience Team to drive service in supporting accounts.
  • Weekly call with the Talent Experience Team in the US to stay on top of cases and consultant issues; reinforce what is working well and address what is not.
  • Engage in monthly Service Touchpoints with the consultants using STP scripts.
  • Direct consultants/contractors to Communities within Connected when receiving referrals.
  • Communicate with peers by sharing best practices and providing accurate, thorough documentation on consultants in applicant tracking systems or other documentation tools (e.g., Connected).
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in the Talent Experience Program.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree is required for this role.
  • Demonstrated experience in Recruitment, Customer Service, or Voice Support.
  • Ability to make decisions quickly and follow a script when needed.
  • Comfortable working with MS Office / Outlook and other relevant tools.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solutions-focused approach.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate clearly and concisely.
  • Able to work night shift and in a hybrid setup (office in Ortigas Pasig area).
  • Action-oriented with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.
  • Collaborative, building partnerships to meet shared objectives.
  • Ability to build formal and informal networks inside and outside the organization.
  • Effective communication across multiple channels to meet diverse audiences.
  • Ability to gain the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity.
  • Ability to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders.
  • Resourcefulness in securing and deploying resources effectively and efficiently.
