The objective of the Enterprise Solution Consultant is to consult directly with strategic Government and Enterprise customers, in conjunction with the sales teams, on solutions and provide thought leadership in technology and its application to business problems.

Develop deep understanding of customers business needs, industry metrics and levers and how technology caninfluence and drive value.

Description

Work across all solutions towers in opportunities, including third party responsibilities as they apply to solutions. Bring these together in a coherent way that can be supported by Vocus.

Map and document business requirements, use cases, processes, applications to technical solutions that deliver value to the customer.

Develop deep and wide relationships with customers, partners and suppliers to deliver outcomes.

Proactively and independently engage with customers, aligning with Account Managers & BDMs.

Effectively communicate solutions and ideas to internal and external stakeholders. Clearly explain the benefits, risks and commercial frameworks of the solution options allowing the customer to make an informed decision.
