About the role As a Quality Assurance Specialist (Healthcare), you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and support for our healthcare clients. Based in Bonifacio Global City Taguig City Metro Manila , this full-time position will require you to monitor and analyse customer interactions to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous quality enhancement. What you'll be doing Conduct regular quality audits on customer calls, emails, and other interactions to assess adherence to service standards and customer satisfaction Identify training needs and provide feedback to customer service representatives to improve performance and the overall customer experience Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements Maintain detailed records and generate comprehensive reports on quality metrics and customer service outcomes Provide support and guidance to the customer service team to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns What we’re looking for A minimum of 3 years' experience in a quality assurance or customer service role, preferably in the healthcare industry Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address quality issues Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and training Proficient in using quality assurance tools and software to monitor and analyse customer interactions A detail-oriented and organized approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement What we offer Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Comprehensive healthcare and insurance benefits Opportunities for career development and advancement A collaborative and supportive work environment Flexible work arrangements and a focus on work-life balance #J-18808-Ljbffr
