Identify and report any content violations or behavior that does not align with company policies or TikTok guidelines. Evaluate host performance, content delivery, and audience engagement. Quality Assurance and Feedback Conduct post-live evaluations and provide constructive feedback to hosts for continuous improvement. Maintain detailed reports on host performance, engagement metrics, and compliance issues. Compliance and Risk Management Ensure all live content adheres to brand guidelines, marketing objectives, and legal regulations. Identify potential risks related to content, privacy, and brand reputation and report them promptly. Process Improvement Recommend improvements to live streaming strategies based on performance analysis and industry best practices. Training and Development Assist in onboarding and training new hosts on best practices, platform policies, and brand expectations. Organize refresher training sessions based on QA findings and trends. Data Analysis and Reporting Analyze live session data to identify trends, audience preferences, and areas for improvement. Generate and present reports on live hosting performance, compliance, and quality metrics. Qualifications Must have at least 1 year experience as a QA Specialist, preferably from the BPO industry Possesses effective communication skills and has the ability to provide constructive criticism and collaborate with Operation Leads Strong presentation skills Excellent analytical skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
