Strong knowledge of building methods, best practices, and legal regulations (Philippine Building Code, safety standards, etc.). Communication Skills: Above-average proficiency in written and verbal English. Strong interpersonal skills for effective coordination and stakeholder management. Personal Attributes: Result-driven, decisive, team-oriented, and flexible. Can adapt to organizational culture and systems; capable of working with minimal supervision. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint), PlanSwift, Primavera, BIM, Procore, D365, or related tools.
