Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (licensed Civil Engineer preferred).
  • Experience: At least 5 years of relevant construction-related experience, with 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of building methods, best practices, and legal regulations (Philippine Building Code, safety standards, etc.).
  • Communication Skills: Above-average proficiency in written and verbal English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective coordination and stakeholder management.
  • Personal Attributes: Result-driven, decisive, team-oriented, and flexible.
  • Can adapt to organizational culture and systems; capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint), PlanSwift, Primavera, BIM, Procore, D365, or related tools.

Solid understanding of project scheduling, resource planning, and budget management.
