About the Role We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Office and Facilities Administrator. The role ensures smooth day‑to‑day office operations, occupational safety and health, inventory management, vendor coordination, and a healthy, safe, and clean workplace. The position supports HR by managing onboarding/offboarding and processing permits, licenses, and other statutory requirements. Responsibilities Oversee daily housekeeping and ensure cleanliness across the office area Coordinate office repairs, maintenance, and services with Building Administration and vendors for timely resolution Conduct regular safety audits and ensure compliance with OSH standards Coordinate fire drills and emergency evacuation procedures Assist with employee onboarding and off‑boarding Facilitate company errands and transactions related to permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements Respond to information requests from employees or others; direct visitors to appropriate locations Prepare, review, and process routine correspondence, reports, invoices, forms, and agreements; handle data entry into spreadsheets and databases Monitor and restock office supplies and materials Qualifications Previous experience in a similar capacity is preferred Strong understanding of DOLE’s Occupational Safety & Health Standards and other safety regulations Well‑defined knowledge of office administration and management Attention to detail in record management and filing Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with strong initiative and problem‑solving skills Perks & Benefits Equity packages as part of the SiteMinder journey Onsite working model (in‑office) Mental health and well‑being initiatives Generous parental (including secondary) leave policy Paid birthday, study and volunteering leave every year Sponsored social clubs, team events, and celebrations Employee Resource Groups (ERG) to connect and involve Investment in personal growth with training for advancement Does this job sound like you?
