Responsibilities
  • Balance efficiency and aesthetics in the workplace.
  • Perform regular maintenance to keep facilities and equipment running smoothly.
  • Manage inventories of office and cleaning supplies.
  • Create monthly, daily, and annual reports on supplies requisition and costing.
  • Monitor and maintain office housekeeping.
  • Improve efficiency in lodging and monitoring of purchase requisitions.
  • Inspect furniture and fixtures, lighting, electrical outlets, and restrooms to ensure proper operation.
  • Serve as a key contributor in the Deliveries department.
  • Receive and account for incoming deliveries of office equipment, furniture, fixtures, and other fixed assets.
  • Collaborate with Financial Analysts to ensure invoices are accurate and paid on time.
  • Maintain a COVID-19 safe workplace and follow new normal protocols.
  • Ensure employees have a well-organized environment so they can focus on their tasks.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business or Facilities Management
  • At least 1 year of experience in Admin and Facilities Management, Hospitality, Design and Architecture, or related fields
  • Ability to motivate and manage a team of Housekeeping and Security staff, and manage vendors
  • Safety Officer experience with certifications (40-hour Basic Occupational Safety and Health Training and 48-hour Advanced Training) is advantageous
  • Willing to work in a shifting schedule
