The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of supporting various departments through efficient coordination of office services, supplies, documentation, and general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth daily office operations including supplies, facilities, and equipment maintenance.
  • Prepare and manage office documents, reports, and records.
  • Handle logistics for meetings, travel, and other administrative needs.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management.
  • Support HR, finance, and other departments on administrative requirements.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure proper documentation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office systems.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
