Duties and Responsibilities Planning and designing involvement from Pre‑Design Stage to Construction Stage Review and analyze drawing plans and work process from Design Consultant Oversee project from inception, commencement of project to completion with commitment to high quality standards Prepares Construction Drawings, Design Drawings and detailing Prepares detailed presentation Coordinate all Architectural drawings Engage in team meetings to resolve project issues and coordinate to schedule adherence of technical issues Quick Response and Strategic mind for all issues and conflicts Manage project execution Assist the Department Head and the Senior Architect for all their need specially collaboration on the presentation and project execution. Ensure compliance of construction detail documentation to quality control and best practices Attend field reviews, on‑site meetings, project meetings and coordinate schedule reviews inline to the construction milestone and completion Provide all the Department requirements and their need for the projects, interaction to the engagement of consultants, suppliers, contractors, etc. Facilitate all the Drawing requirements of the Project from Conceptual Stage, Schematic, Design Development, Permitting Stage, For Construction Drawing and Construction Coordination Manage and Train Staff under him/her for the productive ways for the Project, regarding on Project and Construction Management Ensure all Project needs will be given on time and all Departmental needs to the Design Department will provide clearly and completely aligned to the Company KPI standard and Design Quality Standard, requirements of department such as, Project Development, Quantity Surveyor, Procurement, Sales and Marketing and Compliance Department. Execute Project and Construction Management from Drawing, Designing, Presenting and implementation Performed Value Engineering & Cost Benefit Analysis through virtual design options, which contributed in significant reduction of construction cost Coordinated with various engineering disciplines such as Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, Geotechnical etc. to derive optimized design and Engineering solutions for various buildings and infrastructure projects. Provide and execute detailed report Ensure strict project and construction documentation Ensure a designed plan that meets the requirements, manages the day‑to‑day responsibilities of a project, including the project team, resources, scheduling and budget Oversee the construction process until the completion of the project, assisting engineering team until the turnover of project to the client All other duties and responsibilities not limited to those mentioned above that may be assigned by the management. Qualifications College graduate in BS Architecture Licensed Architect or with at least 5 years of experience in Real Estate industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Detail‑oriented with strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills Strong customer service orientation #J-18808-Ljbffr
