Recognized for leading fully-integrated township projects, MGEI - South focuses on Sales and Marketing activities for upcoming developments in the region. The division is dedicated to delivering well-planned and high-quality projects within a dynamic environment to shape thriving communities. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Director, based in Binãn/Taguig City. The Sales Director will oversee and drive sales operations, lead and manage a high-performing sales team, and cultivate strong client relationships. The responsibilities also include developing strategic business plans, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer service standards to achieve organizational objectives. Qualifications Extensive experience in Sales, Sales Operations, and Business Development Proficient in Team Management and leadership of high-performing teams Strong expertise in delivering exceptional Customer Service and maintaining client relationships Strategic thinking, planning, and problem-solving abilities Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to meet or exceed targets and achieve business growth Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; a Master's degree is a plus Experience in the real estate or property development industry is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
