They are committed to delivering high-quality services aligned with industry best practices, making them a reliable and professional choice for garden care.Role Overview:We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the operations team in managing and maintaining a large portfolio of online business profiles and social media accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong marketing background and be confident navigating platforms like Google Business Profiles and Facebook. This role will play a key part in reviewing, updating, and ensuring the accuracy of over 200 Facebook and Google listings, along with maintaining internal databases. While the Project Lead will be away, the Operations Manager will provide oversight and guidance for this project.Key Responsibilities:Digital Marketing & Platform ManagementCreate, schedule, and manage digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook), Instagram, LinkedIn, Shopify & Go High Level Perform campaign analytics and reporting using Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and Google Tag Manager Support SEO and content optimization strategies across web and social platforms. Update and modify websites, including working with HTML and light web coding as needed - Wordpress Assist with e-commerce content, promotions, and product updates on Shopify Assist with general tasks on Go High Level, SMS & large email marketing platforms. Personal Assistant & Admin SupportManage the Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and track key deadlines Assist with email correspondence, task follow-ups, and day-to-day admin activities Maintain organized records, reports, and digital filing systems Support internal communication and coordination with franchisees and partners Utilize Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) for all core admin functions RequirementsExperience in digital marketing with proven knowledge of Google platforms (SEO, Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager). Familiarity with Shopify and social media marketing tools. Competency in website editing and HTML Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and all major Office tools Strong organizational and communication skills Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and stay proactive Reliable internet connection and availability for regular virtual meetings during Australian business hours Bonus Skills (Not Required but Valued):Knowledge of SEO or SEM best practices Graphic design or basic video editing for ad creations Experience working with franchises or multi-location businesses BenefitsA flexible, remote role with opportunity for growth The chance to support and grow with a respected brand spanning Australia.
