The Opportunity

We are seeking for experienced BPO Operations Leaders to join our dynamic team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a Director, VP, or SVP-level Operations Leader , you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and driving the success of our world-class call center and customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight for our BPO operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and meeting key performance metrics
  • Develop and implement innovative operational strategies to drive efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing team of operations managers, supervisors, and frontline staff
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other business units to align operations with the company\'s overall strategic objectives
  • Analyze data and key performance indicators to identify areas for optimization and make data-driven decisions
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and client service-level agreements
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and customer-centric culture within the operations team
What We\'re Looking For
  • Extensive experience (5+ years) in a senior operations leadership role within the BPO or call center industry handling largescale voice accounts/clients
  • Excellent people management and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across the organization
  • Familiarity with industry regulations, compliance, and quality assurance best practices
  • Adaptable to change and comfortable with the fast-paced nature of the BPO industry
