About the Role We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to support the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with reporting. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented candidate eager to gain hands‑on experience in accounting operations within a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. You’ll report to the Accounting Manager and help ensure our financial processes meet the highest standards of integrity. What You’ll Do Process invoices, payment requests, and employee reimbursements Prepare and record journal entries for monthly accruals and other adjustments Maintain accurate and organized accounting records and documentation Support month‑end closing activities and account reconciliations Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions Assist in preparing reports and schedules for audits and financial reviews Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor Flexible working hours from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Basic understanding of accounting principles and journal entries Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting systems is a plus Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Why Join Us?
