Position Summary This role supports the company's mission by enhancing business intelligence capabilities, enabling data‑driven decision‑making, and leveraging expertise in data analysis and reporting. It also involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams to design, implement, and optimize BI solutions. What You’ll Do Works with large amounts of data ensuring their accuracy and readiness for analysis, and transfer to new formats. Provides in‑depth analyses and actionable insights based on data trends and patterns. Communicates complex data in a simple, actionable way. Collaborates with leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders in consolidating business requirements for report and dashboard creation, automation, and analytics needs. Collaborates with data engineers in designing and optimizing data pipelines. Designs and develops sophisticated, highly interactive reports and dashboards using advanced BI tools. Collaborates with executive leadership to align BI strategies with overall business goals. Identifies opportunities for innovation, automation, and optimization in BI processes. What You’ll Need Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Programming, Engineering, IT, Management Information System, or other related disciplines. 3‑4 years developing applications, reports, and dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, AWS Quicksight, etc.) 3‑4 years Data Warehousing and SQL 3‑4 years Business Intelligence Development or a related role 1 year or less on Salesforce CRM Analytics Advanced proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, AWS QuickSight, or similar. Expertise in Report design/development, and data modeling. Advanced proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation. Strong knowledge of relational database concepts and ERD. Proficiency with Salesforce CRM Analytics. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate at the C‑Level. Able to work independently and in a team, rigorous, detail‑oriented, and critical thinker. Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office products.
