This is a 3-month, remote, phone-based support role based in Manila, Philippines , providing real-time assistance to field engineers during network upgrades and migrations . This role involves supporting the migration from Cisco Viptela SDWAN to Cisco Meraki SDWAN/SASE , requiring a strong understanding of networking concepts, hands‑on experience with Cisco and Meraki technologies, and the ability to troubleshoot and support field teams effectively. Key Responsibilities Lead and support the migration from Cisco Viptela SDWAN to Cisco Meraki SDWAN/SASE Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration Conduct network assessments and assist in optimizing migration strategies Configure and manage Meraki SDWAN devices, ensuring high performance and security Provide live phone‑based technical support to field engineers during and after migration Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in real‑time Document network configurations, migration plans, and support notes Share knowledge and mentor junior team members when needed Stay up to date on the latest in SDWAN/SASE technologies and best practices Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 5+ years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on SDWAN technologies Hands‑on experience with: Meraki Switches Mist Wireless Zscaler Strong understanding of routing, switching, and network protocols Familiarity with network security principles Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills Strong communication skills and ability to support remote teams under pressure Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, or Meraki certifications ) are highly desirable If you are a network professional looking for a dynamic short-term opportunity supporting a high‑impact migration project, we encourage you to apply today. #J-18808-Ljbffr
