Scheduling & Patient Coordination (50%) Monitor provider schedules in Athenahealth to ensure full and accurate coverage Reschedule patients as needed and backfill new or changed provider appointments Identify and correct scheduling errors or inappropriate bookings Make outgoing calls for appointment scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling Serve as backup for incoming patient calls when required Ensure appointment confirmations are accurately logged 2. Administrative & Clerical Support (50%) Assist the Assistant Administrator and Director of Operations with administrative tasks Perform clerical duties such as document preparation, filing, and data entry Support internal scheduling and communications for leadership Manage smaller administrative projects to streamline operations Assist with reporting, tracking, and other coordination tasks as assigned Qualifications Experience with Athenahealth EHR is required Previous experience in medical administration, patient scheduling, or customer service Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace Professional, empathetic phone etiquette with patients Ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced clinical environment How to Apply Send your application to with the subject line: JobStreet Applicant | Medical Administrative Assistant / CSR | (Your Full Name) #J-18808-Ljbffr
