We’re looking for a Proposal Specialist who will work with technical proposal teams to plan the process for large, multidisciplinary proposals and may oversee and develop key skills of more junior members in their Proposal Hub team. The role may also join agile ‘tiger teams’ for key pursuits and work alongside Pursuit Specialists to pre-position and plan for large pursuits, through to proposal production and support. In this diverse role you will: Drive and manage proposal activities for strategic and large opportunities, overseeing the proposal document(s) from initiation to submission Work with the Market Leaders, technical leaders and pursuit teams to develop winning strategies for bids and ensure client business needs and technical needs are addressed Ensure the pursuit and proposal strategy is communicated effectively through the proposal Work with technical authors to ensure content is relevant and targeted, providing guidance on structure and responses Work collaboratively with Business Group Leaders and key technical staff to develop and encourage contribution to proposals Lead and contribute to bid workshops to develop winning themes and ensure these are communicated effectively through quality content Develop and manage bid action plans to maintain focus and timely preparation of bids Act as brand champion to ensure the production of high quality, effective and visually appealing response documents in line with corporate branding Effective collaboration with partner organisations/external proposal teams, as required Contribute to improving and maintaining our internal knowledge database and proposal systems, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information that supports the proposal win rate is always available Contribute to enhancing bid processes and incorporating lessons learned to continually improve the quality and outcomes of our bidding activity Assist with the preparation for proposal presentations and client pitches Contribute to special projects and adopt the practice of effective knowledge management and AI initiatives Provide ‘buddy’ and mentoring support to colleagues in Direct Workshare roles To be considered for this role, we are looking for someone with: 7+ years of experience in a similar professional services or corporate environment Skilled at managing proposals through the GHD winning work cycle Highly developed communication skills (written and verbal) Demonstrated advanced skills with the Microsoft Office suite Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and ‘for print’ quality graphics and production material is advantageous, but not essential Actively learns through experimentation and experience and seeks ways to grow and be challenged by new and novel conditions Anticipates and prioritises client needs and takes action to provide high‑quality outcomes Work schedule Monday to Friday / 8:00 am to 5:00 pm / Hybrid Location This role can be based in Makati, Quezon City or Cebu.
