Respond to helpdesk tickets and provide timely resolution to technical problems. Document technical procedures, configurations, and support activities. collaborate with other IT team members to support infrastructure projects and upgrades. Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards. Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in hardware support, network cabling, and printer maintenance. Experience with IT asset management systems Knowledge of basic electrical safety and cabling best practices Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques. Familiarity with structured cabling standards (Cat5e, Cat6, fiber optics) Understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and basic networking concepts Experience with printer diagnostics, firmware updates, and consumable replacement Proficiency in Windows OS and basic command-line tools Soft Skills: Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Strong communication and customer service orientation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and documentation skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
