Educational Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience Level: Less than 1 year of professional experience in an IT support role. Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Linux, Java, Python, SQL, and database operations. Knowledge of application and cloud operations, C++, C, system monitoring, IT asset management, system analysis, system administration, IT infrastructure, and information security operations. Responsibilities and Duties: Provide technical support for software and hardware issues. Maintain and monitor IT systems. Support cloud-based applications. Ensure the integrity and security of IT infrastructure. Working Conditions: Office environment with the possibility of shift work. Occasional weekend or evening hours may be required for system maintenance or upgrades.
