Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of advertisers for small and medium-sized business clients.
- Prioritize outreach plans across the assigned portfolio.
- Research and gain a fundamental understanding of the vertical(s)/market(s) industry and client business models.
- Identify sales opportunities and provide clients tailored solution(s).
- Personalize client recommendations to meet various needs.
- Proactive outreach (outbound calls) and reactive engagement with clients.
- Share ideas for improving advertising products and the customer experience. Create success tales for advertising.
- Use a variety of tools to communicate and promote advertiser success.
