Position: Data & Insights Manager Duties and Responsibilities Track & organize performance data from creator posts (impressions, audience, etc)Compare how posts perform against past averagesCreate sentiment analysis and word clouds from post commentsBuild visual reports with the data, showing campaign resultsOrganize and maintain historical data for trend analysis and benchmarkingStructure campaign data for easy access across teams and integration with our CMSSend email requests to influencers/creators requesting their campaign data/analytics and file on Google Drive Software Knowledge Preferred: Comfortable working with Excel and data analysisProficient in PowerPoint, Canva, and Google SuiteSome experience with social media metricsHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to work autonomously and develop/maintain processesSomeone who genuinely loves working with numbers and dataFluent written & spoken English Requirements As you will be working from home, please be advised that we will require you to prepare certain Technical Requirements for you to meet the industry standard.A dedicated secluded working space away from noise and any distractions Updated personal computer or laptop with webcam Stable internet connection of at least 5Mbps and a backup of a pocket WiFi or Mobile Data Note: This position is part of our candidate pooling.
