We are seeking a proactive Affiliate Manager to lead and grow our affiliate marketing program. The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for developing partnerships, optimizing campaigns, and driving revenue through strategic affiliate relationships. This role requires strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills, along with a deep understanding of performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, manage, and scale the affiliate marketing program to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Recruit, onboard, and nurture relationships with affiliates, publishers, and influencers.
  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, providing insights and recommendations to maximize ROI.
  • Create and implement promotional strategies, campaigns, and incentives to increase affiliate engagement.
  • Negotiate commission structures and partnership terms to ensure profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to align affiliate campaigns with company goals.
  • Ensure affiliates comply with brand guidelines, legal standards, and program policies.
  • Prepare regular reports on affiliate performance, KPIs, and forecasts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging affiliate platforms.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager in e-commerce
  • Strong knowledge of affiliate platforms, tracking systems, and analytics tools (Share a Sale and similar).
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize strategies.
  • Comfortable with remote, part-time work.
