The Insurance Solutions Consultant for Worksite will be part of the pioneer batch launching this role within the organization—marking the first time we are engaging individuals for this position. This exciting opportunity is ideal for self-driven individuals who want to take part in shaping a new sales engagement model that combines financial literacy advocacy with income protection solutions for employees.

As an Insurance Solutions Consultant for Worksite , you will be provided with a fixed monthly allowance plus commission-based earnings as you promote voluntary insurance products directly to employees of partner companies. The role combines client education through financial literacy talks and consultative selling via individual financial needs analysis, with the goal of helping employees and members make informed financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Management
    • Build rapport with HR representatives, employees, organization heads and members
    • Maintain a regular presence in assigned accounts to build trust and visibility
    • Provide after-sales support, including policy servicing and claims assistance
  • Client Engagement & Conversion
    • Participate as a speaker or facilitator in financial literacy sessions
    • Conduct individual consultations with employees and members during worksite events
    • Present and recommend life, health, savings, and retirement income solutions based on client needs
    • Meet individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of pilot campaigns
    • Facilitate application, underwriting, and policy issuance processes
  • Compliance & Documentation
    • Ensure proper documentation of activities and client interactions
    • Adhere to all regulatory and internal compliance requirements
    • Protect client confidentiality and uphold ethical selling standards
Qualifications
  • Education: College graduate; business, marketing, or communications background preferred.
  • Experience: Sales experience (insurance or financial services preferred but not required).
  • Key Traits and Skills:
    • Strong presentation and communication skills
    • Sales-oriented with a consultative approach
    • Professional, personable, and self-motivated
    • High level of persistence and comfort with fieldwork
    • Willing to travel; ability to drive is a plus
