A Customer Support Manager ensures that the customers of a company are satisfied. The role is to provide superb customer service by leading and motivating the customer support team, developing procedures and talk scripts, and creating customer satisfaction goals.

Responsibilities
  • Understand existing policies, rules, and regulations pertaining to the project.
  • Supervise day-to-day operations in the customer service department.
  • Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner; communicate with customers through various channels (Phone, E-mail, Viber, etc.).
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Graduate of any four-year course or equivalent.
  • Motivated and experienced in managing Customer Service.
  • Articulate with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess marketing and sales skills.
