About the Role We are seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to provide dedicated, independent project management support across multiple People & Culture (P&C) initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring the successful and timely delivery of high-impact projects, including Project Godzilla (Jira enterprise migration) and other strategic HR programs. The successful candidate will manage projects end-to-end — from initiation and scoping to planning, execution, monitoring, and closure — while driving collaboration across P&C and cross-functional teams. Qualifications & Experience 3+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager , ideally within HR / People & Culture or related functions. Experience managing HR technology projects (e.g., HRIS, Jira, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex projects from start to finish. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid). Experience in change management and business analysis preferred. Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Asana . Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple P&C projects concurrently, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Oversee Project Godzilla (Jira enterprise migration) and other HR technology or transformation initiatives. Collaborate with P&C stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define scope, and manage delivery. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports . Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and issues across the project portfolio. Provide regular progress updates to leadership and key stakeholders. Support change management and communication efforts to ensure smooth project adoption. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including risk logs, RAID registers, and closure reports. #J-18808-Ljbffr
