Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for organizing people and time resources and seeing the project from inception to completion. The Project Manager coordinates people and processes to ensure that projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. Develops detailed project plans, ensures resource availability and allocation, coordination, and completion of projects timely within budget and scope.

Responsibilities
  • Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
  • Manage the Financial Performance (PnL) of the project.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Execute and monitor the project plan to meet organizational goals for schedule, budget, and quality; use metrics to monitor (EVM), analyze, and manage projects.
  • Report accurate project status to management and relevant customer stakeholders.
  • Manage risk management, stakeholder management, client relationships, and expectations for the duration of the project.
  • Mentor Scrum Master (Internal Role).
Minimum Qualifications

Education – At least a bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Related Work Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience as an IT professional, with 3+ years of project management experience.
  • Experience in handling complex projects following SDLC (Waterfall), Scrum, and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in web and mobile applications; experience in deployment and release management.
  • Certifications are a plus, including Professional Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Master II, PMP.
