Technology Coordinator page is loaded## Technology Coordinatorlocations: Alabang, Muntinlupa Citytime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R Alabang (96050), Philippines, Muntinlupa City, National Capital Region (Manila)Technology Coordinator**Summary:*** To provide technical assistance by answering questions and resolving problems on the organization’s computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all other computer related problems**General Responsibilities:*** Configures, monitors, and maintains email applications or virus protection software* Installs, configures and upgrades new hardware or software systems or components, ensuring integration with existing network system* Answers user queries and resolves computer problems including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail and other desktop issues* Escalate requests, especially pertaining to network connections, to the appropriate party, as needed.* Includes coordinating user access for staff to the US team* Provides operational support for the organization's information systems and peripheral equipment, such as servers, desktops, printers and storage devices* May be assigned / rotated across related sub-functions including but not limited to sub-functions within Shared Services* Other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time**Basic Qualifications:*** **Educational Background:** At least 2 years of college* **Professional Experience:** None* **Skills Required:** + Proficient in MS Office/ Google Suites + Microsoft Certification (MSCE) is an advantage + Technical skills + Good written and verbal communication skills**Preferred Qualifications:*** Knowledge in MacOS* Knowledge in Aternity/ Observe Tool* Knowledge in Vulnerability RemediationNo agencies please.
