JOB DETAILS
- Patient Care Coordination: Make outbound calls to patients regarding their medical needs, explaining medical and insurance benefits and other related inquiries.
- Case Management: Handling patient cases like emergency, patient transfer, insurance and benefit claims, and other case related matters.
- Communication Facilitation: Creating a seamless communication between patients and associated healthcare facilities through calls, SMS, or e-mails for patient accommodation.
- Data Management: Assuring on data input for patient records and other medical records maintaining patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Administrative Duties: Assisting with billing, processing insurance claims, and verifying coverage to ensure financial process for patients.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in any medical-allied field (Nursing, Physical Therapy, Medical Laboratory Science, and other related fields). Associate degree or diploma related to medical or healthcare are also welcome.
- Preferably with experience in medical assistance, patient care, or emergency dispatch. Fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome.
- With any medical license or with medical certification is an advantage.
- Computer literate and proficient in usage of technological software.
- Strong knowledge in basic medical terminology and other related facets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferably residing in Alabang, Muntinlupa or nearby areas/amendable to travel.
