Partnership Associate

Job Role / Summary The Associate is responsible for establishing partnerships programs or collaborative engagements with industry partners of the College. Organizational Relationships Reports to: Director of IALAP Coordinates with: Internal and External Stakeholders Duties & Responsibilities Liaise with industry partners and prospective partners on collaborative activities with the school; Plans and organizes industry-based events, for the benefit of the students and Associates of FEU Institute of Technology; Manage the records of industry partners, records, database, and system, inclusive of maintenance and enhancements; Communicate and monitor industry partners’ needs, activities, feedback, and concerns to the appropriate office for proper action; Evaluates and qualify prospective industry partners of the school; Coordinate with industry partners on the faculty immersion program of the school, including the deployment of faculty members; Assists the Director in strategic planning for the office in terms of Industry Partners Relations; Other relevant duties and responsibilities that is assigned by the Director; such as, but are not limited to: Office Management Project Management Marketing Collateral Management Budget Management Inventory Management Qualifications Education: Bachelor of Science in Commerce Degree holder, preferably in Business Management or Marketing Experience: Experience in Marketing, Sales, or Operations is an advantage Desirable Traits Customer Service-Oriented Proactive, meticulous, highly organized, a team player, result-oriented, and with a strong sense of urgency Confident Conversant with a wide array of topics Honest and trustworthy Punctual Skills Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office software Advanced Presentation skill is an advantage Negotiation skill is an advantage People Relations skills.
