• Work with quality assurance and automation engineers to deliver AI-enhanced automation test scripts and intelligent test execution results of outstanding quality and on time.
• Create and maintain automated test scripts using GenAI-assisted code generation and AI-powered test case optimization to enable and support data driven testing.
• Implement and improve documented standards, guidelines and best practices for automation while leveraging AI tools for continuous process optimization.
• Troubleshoot automated test failures using AI-powered root cause analysis and resolve issues encountered during test execution with intelligent debugging assistance.
• Test software using AI-enhanced testing methodologies to ensure that developed products meet requirement specifications and are within quality criteria and standards.
• Develop test documentation such as test plans, test cases, and scenarios using GenAI for intelligent content generation, create AI-assisted test data, and identify defects within software products using intelligent pattern recognition.
• Perform moderately complex functional, integration, regression and performance tests enhanced by AI-powered test optimization and intelligent result analysis.
• Work closely with cross-cultural development teams to ensure quality testing practices are incorporated across the development cycle using AI-facilitated collaboration and automated reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related fields.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Software Testing and Test Automation with demonstrated ability to adapt to AI-enhanced testing workflows.
• Experience in writing test scripts and automating test procedures for web or client/server applications, with proficiency in AI-assisted code generation and prompt engineering for test automation.
• Experience or knowledge of test automation tools and open source tools (e.g., Rapise, Selenium, Postman) enhanced with AI-powered testing capabilities and GenAI integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to be self-directed, adapt to rapidly changing AI-enhanced environments, and leverage intelligent automation for complex issue resolution.
• Strong communication skills including the ability to collaborate effectively with AI agents and present AI-generated insights to stakeholders.
• Goal-oriented, results-driven, team-player, self-starter, proactive with curiosity for AI tool adoption and intelligent workflow optimization.
• Knowledge of writing SQL queries with AI-assisted query optimization and intelligent data analysis would be an advantage.
