This role focuses on connecting tools, automating processes, and improving operational efficiency through data-driven solutions. The Specialist will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to understand requirements, map data flows, and deliver scalable, reliable automation using low-code/no-code tools and APIs. Job Responsibilities Proven experiencein technical consulting or solution implementation, ideally across CRM, workflow, or project management systems. Strong understandingof data mapping, workflow automation, and process optimization across multiple platforms. Hands-on experienceusing low-code/no-code automation tools (e.g. Zapier, Make.com/Integromat, Airtable, Power Automate, etc.) to connect and streamline business systems. Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks— confident in reading and using API documentation to design and build custom connections between platforms. Ability to quickly learn and adaptto new platforms and tools (training provided formonday.com— curiosity and problem-solving mindset are key). Experience in system testing, troubleshooting, and data validationto ensure reliability and accuracy of automated workflows. Strong communication skills, including client-facing collaboration, documentation, SOP creation, and user training. Detail-oriented, proactive, and independent, capable of managing projects, deliverables, and timelines with minimal supervision. Interest or experience in AI-driven tools and integrationsis a strong plus. Job Qualifications Proven background in technical consulting, systems implementation, or solution design, ideally within CRM, workflow, or project management platforms. Experience or interest in AI-driven tools, machine learning integrations, or emerging automation technologies. Proficient in data mapping, workflow automation, and process optimization across multiple systems. Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code tools such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), Airtable, Power Automate, or similar platforms. Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks, comfortable reading and applying API documentation to create custom integrations. Skilled in system testing, debugging, and data validation to ensure reliable and accurate workflow execution. Quick learner with a curious and analytical mindset, capable of mastering new technologies (training provided for monday.com). Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client collaboration, documentation, SOP creation, and end-user training.
