Facilities Supervisor

Job Description:
The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily maintenance and support of buildings, grounds, and facility systems. This includes ensuring the proper operation, inspection, and upkeep of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, water, and waste management systems. The role involves managing a team of technicians, providing leadership, and ensuring that all systems operate efficiently while adhering to safety regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Engineering or related courses.
- With at least 3-years solid working experience as Supervisor, preferably in a manufacturing plastic industry.
- With strong planning, leading, organizing and controlling skills (PLOC).
- Knowledgeable with Project Management.
- Proficient in MS Windows applications such as MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Adaptable to fast-paced and multi-tasking environment.
- Trustworthy, result-oriented and driven.
- Place of assignment: Bignay, Llano Road, North Caloocan.
