Job Summary: The Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the organization to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality of performance. This role is responsible for managing people, processes, and resources, ensuring that company goals are met within budget and timeline. The Operations Manager must demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to coordinate teams and maintain smooth operational flow. Key Responsibilities: Operational Management Plan, direct, and coordinate daily operational activities to meet business objectives. Implement company policies, processes, and performance standards. Monitor and evaluate operational performance and identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and safety standards. Team Leadership & Coordination Supervise, train, and motivate staff to achieve operational goals. Assign duties and responsibilities to team members and monitor their performance. Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork and accountability. Conduct performance reviews and recommend employee development programs. Resource & Financial Management Oversee budget planning, cost control, and resource allocation. Monitor operational expenses and implement cost‑saving initiatives. Coordinate procurement, logistics, and inventory management as needed. Ensure optimal use of resources and materials for efficiency. Planning & Strategy Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans and operational policies. Set performance targets aligned with company goals. Analyze operational data and prepare management reports for decision‑making. Support senior management in planning and executing growth initiatives. Communication & Coordination Maintain clear communication between management, staff, and external partners. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. Represent the company in meetings, community relations, or local government coordination (as required). Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in operations management or a supervisory role (experience in the Caraga region or similar setting is an advantage). Strong leadership, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in MS Office and management software tools. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Willing to travel within the Caraga region as needed. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, or production operations.
