About the role As an Accounting Manager at 28 ARC Ventures Inc., you will play a crucial role in overseeing the company's financial accounting and reporting processes. You will be responsible overseeing and managing financial and accounting operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, preparing reports, and managing budgets while supervising the entire accounting department. This full‑time position is based in Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte, and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic objectives of a growing organization. What you’ll be doing Manage the day‑to‑day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and financial reporting Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards Oversee the implementation and maintenance of internal controls and accounting policies Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision‑making Mentor and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance with relevant laws and regulations What we’re looking for Degree in Accounting or Finance, With professional accounting certification (CPA, CA, or equivalent) is an advantage Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial accounting role, preferably in the financial reporting or accounting industry Proven track record of leading and developing high‑performing accounting teams Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels Proficient in the use of accounting software and financial reporting tools Thorough understanding of relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements What we offer At 28 ARC Ventures Inc., we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work environment including opportunities for professional development and career advancement with a collaborative and supportive team culture.
