We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Facilities Management Officer to oversee the day-to-day operations and development activities of our growing commercial development, with future responsibilities extending to residential projects. This role requires a hands-on professional who can effectively manage construction activities, tenant relations, and facility operations while ensuring compliance with established guidelines and maintaining the property's overall aesthetic and functional standards. Key Responsibilities Construction & Fit‑Out Management Oversee and monitor construction activities on leased lots and fit‑out activities for leased spaces Ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications Manage coordination with tenants and contractors Enforce construction guidelines and timelines to minimise disruption to existing tenants, pathways, open spaces and utilities Conduct regular site inspections during construction phases to ensure quality standards and safety protocols are met Review and recommend approval of construction‑related documents, permits, and completion certificates Property Operations & Maintenance Manage day-to-day operations of pathways, open spaces and utilities within the commercial estate Coordinate landscaping activities and monitor maintenance standards to preserve the property's aesthetic appeal Ensure all common facilities are well‑maintained, clean, and functional Address tenant concerns and maintenance requests promptly and professionally For future residential projects: Conduct day-to-day monitoring of open spaces and residential amenities including clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness centres, playgrounds, and other recreational facilities For future residential projects: Ensure all residential amenities are properly maintained, operated safely, and comply with health and safety standards Compliance & Enforcement Enforce house rules and regulations across all tenants and occupants Monitor adherence to property guidelines, including signage, parking, operating hours, and waste management Conduct regular compliance inspections and issue violation notices when necessary Maintain documentation of all compliance-related activities Security Coordination Work closely with the security team to ensure safety and security protocols are implemented Address security concerns and coordinate responses to incidents Monitor access control systems and visitor management procedures Ensure proper coordination between security personnel and construction/maintenance activities Administrative Duties Maintain accurate records of all property management activities, inspections, and tenant interactions Prepare regular reports on property status, ongoing projects, and operational issues Coordinate with leasing team regarding tenant requirements and move‑in/move‑out processes Manage vendor relationships and service contracts related to property operations Skills Requirement Knowledgeable in construction methods and procedures. Knowledgeable in documentation skills such as Gantt chart, scheduling, and methodology. Qualifications Licensed Electrical Engineer with at least 3 years of site experience.
