You will make a direct impact by: Designing and implementing comprehensive career development maps for client-facing and internal teams. Executing thorough salary benchmarking to ensure competitive pay standards and managing annual salary reviews. Integrating strategic compensation planning with business goals to ensure fairness and compliance with industry benchmarks. Utilizing AI tools to analyze compensation data and provide actionable insights for strategic decisions. This Role Is for You If… Experience: You have significant experience in compensation analysis and career development within fast-paced environments, preferably in BPO, Shared Services, or Call Centers.
