This role ensures accurate inventory, efficient storage, and optimized stock control to drive operational success and create a lasting impact. Optimize inventory management to prevent shortages and overstocking. Ensure accurate ERP records and real-time inventory tracking. Maximize warehouse efficiency with strategic storage and security measures. Conduct regular audits, reconcile discrepancies, and lead cycle counting. Analyze inventory data to support informed decision-making. Drive continuous improvements in inventory control processes. Lead and develop a high-performing storeroom operations team. What are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in inventory and warehouse management, preferably in a heavy industry or manufacturing setting. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems for warehouse and inventory management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
