Essential Skills Leadership and Communication: Ability to lead and motivate a team, communicate effectively with staff and other departments. Organizational and Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain an organized workspace. Inventory Management: Knowledge of inventory control procedures, tracking systems, and experience with inventory software. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve operational issues, such as inventory discrepancies or shipping delays. Technical Skills: Familiarity with warehouse equipment, safety procedures, and relevant software. Qualifications With a Bachelor\'s Degree in supply chain management or any related course. Previous experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in a supervisory or management role, is essential.
