Overview The Accounting Officer / General Accountant is responsible for the accurate preparation and analysis of financial records, ensuring timely reporting, compliance, and proper accounting across The Aivee Group’s multiple business entities. The role supports internal decision-making through budget tracking, profit and loss reporting, and process improvements. Responsibilities Prepare accurate and timely journal entries, general ledgers, and financial statements for assigned entities. Manage monthly closing activities and reconciliation of accounts, including intercompany transactions. Maintain and update the chart of accounts across multiple entities, ensuring alignment for consolidated reporting. Ensure proper and complete recording of revenues and expenses by entity, business unit, and project. Monitor, analyze, and report on Accounts Receivable, Unearned Revenue, and Inventory balances. Generate monthly Profit and Loss (P&L) reports per entity and on a consolidated level. Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and internal management reports to support business decisions. Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory agencies for compliance and audit requirements. Short-Term Focus (First 3 Months) Review and report on: Sales, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Unearned Revenue (e.g., Beauty Bank). Inventory consumption and ending balances. Monthly P&L for each entity and the consolidated group. Standardize financial reporting formats across all business units. Recommend and implement improvements in accounting processes and internal controls for multi-entity operations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred but not required. Both experienced professionals and fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must; experience in ERP/accounting systems is an advantage. Prior experience in management reporting and multi-entity accounting is a plus. Key Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle multiple entities and prepare consolidated reports. High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
