Responsibilities Lead and manage the Food Service sales team to achieve revenue, volume, and distribution targets across assigned channels or territories. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth in food service accounts, including restaurants, hotels, caterers, and institutional partners. Build strong relationships with key customers and partners to ensure long-term business success. Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and drive business improvements. Collaborate with Marketing, Trade, and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely execution of promotions, product availability, and customer service excellence. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3–5 years handling Food Service or HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering) accounts. Deep understanding of the food service industry, including channel dynamics, pricing structures, product applications, and customer needs. Proven track record in developing and managing key food service accounts, achieving volume and profitability targets. Strong leadership, team management, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to drive execution in fast-paced environments.
