Title Procurement Officer (Food Category) Overview The Procurement Officer for Food Category will support the Category Manager by contributing to category sourcing strategies and ensuring alignment with Jollibee Foods Corporation’s procurement policies and procedures. The role is responsible for driving value across the food supply chain and ensuring the organization’s sourcing practices meet local and global standards. Responsibilities Identify stakeholder requirements and execute category plans to meet business objectives. Optimize the supply base by leveraging market insights, conducting thorough analyses, and applying findings to drive value. Manage the entire supplier lifecycle, including accreditation, onboarding, performance evaluation, and phase‑out processes. Ensure local sourcing practices and processes are fully aligned with overall procurement policies. Collaborate with the procurement leadership team to recommend and implement process improvements, ensuring effective on‑site execution and compliance. Partner closely with Global Procurement teams and internal stakeholders to support organizational goals. Qualifications Graduate of a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in any relevant field. At least two (2) years of professional experience with demonstrated knowledge of the food value chain; preference for experience handling food commodities. Prior exposure to category management, procurement, or an engineering or operational environment is highly desirable. Demonstrated success in supporting a multi‑disciplinary team in a project‑led environment. Procurement and supply chain affiliations and/or certifications are an advantage. Amenable to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup). Company Jollibee Foods Corporation is the hiring entity for this requisition.
