Job Description:

Responsibilities
  1. Campaign Planning and Execution
    • Support planning and executing platform operation and community operations campaigns, integrating in and out platform resources.
    • Develop innovative and fresh campaign ideas and mechanisms based on user behavior and market trends to acquire new users and maximize engagement and brand awareness.
    • Lead strategic operational and marketing efforts to drive user acquisition and engagement for online casino products, ensuring cross-functional alignment for timely and efficient launches.
    • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential markets, analyze trends, and develop data-driven market entry strategies to expand presence and achieve growth in users.
  2. Data Analysis and Performance Evaluation
    • Track key campaign metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rates, ROI) and provide in-depth analysis and summary reports.
    • Utilize A/B testing and monitoring tools to optimize campaign strategies and content for higher engagement and ROI.
    • Continuously adjust and refine campaign plans based on performance data to improve future initiatives.
  3. Creative and Localization Management
    • Create localized campaign contents tailored to the Philippine market, incorporating cultural elements and user preferences.
    • Introduce innovative marketing mechanics to enhance campaign engagement and social sharing.
