What we\'re looking forWe\'re looking for goal-driven Recruitment Specialist who can help the People Operations Culture Department to take on new and talented individuals in the company. The recruitment specialist is expected to arrive on creative ideas and strategic ways on reaching the right people for the job and ensure their possibility to stay.
ResponsibilitiesEnsures that all manpower requests are duly filed and approved, and are documented with complete details on job description, job requirements, and 6-months KPI
Actively sources candidates and regularly posting advertisements (internal and external) and making sure that job posts at job portals, schools and universities, barangays, etc. are updated
Screens qualified applicants based on role requirements
Administers, scores, and interprets pre-employment examination
Conducts initial interviews
Coordinates final interview with hiring manager and HR Head, and facilitates panel interview when necessary
Accomplishes background investigation of all successful candidates
Coordinates for successful candidate’s pre-employment requirements such as pre-employment medical and documentary requirements
Ensures that all pre-employment requirements are submitted
Conducts company orientation and coordinates onboarding including sending notice to support teams to prepare for the new hire
Closely monitor and makes sure that probationary employees’ KPI evaluation are submitted on time
Files employees’ documents in 201 folders and uploads the soft copy in the HRIS system
Keeps abreast with latest recruitment trends and strategies
Assist in creating/updating job descriptions
Perform other related task from time to time
Bachelor\'s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management/Development, Behavioral Science is an advantage
At least two years of solid sourcing and screening experience for corporate and technical positions
With strong background in sourcing and assessment
Skillful in developing and creating job advertisements
Excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking
Able to maximize social media tools to increase presence of job ads
Has a strong sense of responsibility and accountability
Has a sense of urgency
Resourceful and creative in ways to source for specialized roles
