Owner / Airbnb Manager

Responsibilities
  • Manage Airbnb listings across platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, etc.).
  • Handle guest communications (inquiries, bookings, check-in/out instructions, complaints).
  • Monitor unit condition: coordinate cleaners, inventory, minor repairs, and unit checks.
  • Create marketing content: posters, videos, social media ads, and promotional campaigns.
  • Track occupancy, revenue, and expenses in spreadsheets/QuickBooks.
  • Manage reviews and guest satisfaction surveys.
  • Update property calendars, availability, and pricing.
  • Run paid ads (FB/IG/Google) when needed.
  • Prepare weekly reports on bookings, occupancy, and issues.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, or related field .
  • Experience in Airbnb hosting, property management, or hotel operations (preferred but not required).
  • Proficient in Canva, CapCut, basic Photoshop, and social media marketing tools .
  • Strong communication skills in English and Filipino .
  • Laptop & stable internet (Work From Home setup).
  • Based in Metro Manila with ability to visit units occasionally.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Based in Metro Manila (for unit visits).
  • Proficient in Canva & social media marketing .
  • Strong communication (English & Filipino).
  • Highly committed, responsible, and ethical .
  • Organized, proactive & can work independently.
  • Willing to start immediately.
Compensation & Setup
  • Work-from-home setup with flexible hours.
  • Competitive salary (₱18,000 – ₱20,000/month depending on experience).
  • Transportation allowance for unit visits.
  • Performance bonus based on occupancy rates and guest reviews.
