Are you an experienced sales professional looking to take the next step in your career? Metro Drug, Inc.' is seeking a talented District Manager to join our team in Cebu City. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and driving sales growth across a defined region. What you'll be doing Manage and coach a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow market share and revenue Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and customers Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement Provide regular reports on team performance and suggest actions to improve results Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations What we're looking for 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry Proven track record of successfully managing and motivating a sales team Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proficient in data analysis and using sales reporting tools Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Knowledge of the local market and industry regulations is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
