Responsibilities- Project Coordination & Management: Support the planning, scheduling, and execution of IT projects; lead assigned standard or small-to-medium scale projects from initiation to closure.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and organized project records, prepare regular status reports, and track deliverables against timelines.
- Resource & Vendor Coordination: Assign tasks for managed projects, monitor workloads, and liaise with internal teams and external vendors.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify, document, and escalate risks or issues, and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee or participate in testing and validation to ensure project deliverables meet defined standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a communication bridge between project teams, management, and external partners.
- Administrative Support: Organize project meetings, manage project tools, assist in procurement, and maintain updated project documentation.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, IT support, or related roles. Experience in assisting or managing small to medium-sized projects is preferred.

- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
- Familiarity with IT systems, applications, and infrastructure.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
