Join our dynamic team as a TikTok Advertising Specialist to drive impactful paid advertising campaigns for our US-based clients. You’ll craft and manage TikTok ad strategies that amplify brand visibility and engagement, leveraging your expertise in social media marketing to deliver measurable results. Working closely with our creative and strategy teams, you’ll create compelling campaigns that resonate with TikTok’s unique audience. This role requires a deep understanding of TikTok’s advertising platform, trends, and analytics to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. You’ll collaborate remotely with our global team, ensuring seamless integration of TikTok strategies into broader marketing retainers. Analyze TikTok ad performance metrics to optimize campaigns for engagement, conversions, and ROI. Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging ad content tailored to TikTok’s short-form video format. Monitor TikTok trends and audience behaviors to inform campaign strategies and targeting. Manage ad budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficient delivery of campaign objectives. Provide detailed reports and insights to clients, highlighting campaign performance and recommendations. Stay updated on TikTok’s advertising policies, algorithm changes, and new ad formats. Experience 2+ years of experience managing paid social media advertising campaigns, with a focus on TikTok. Proven track record of driving successful TikTok ad campaigns with measurable results. Experience with TikTok Ads Manager, including campaign setup, targeting, and optimization. Familiarity with social media analytics tools like TikTok Analytics, Sprout Social, or similar platforms. Experience collaborating with creative teams to develop ad content for social media platforms. Background in digital marketing for US-based clients or brands is a plus. Skills Expertise in TikTok’s advertising ecosystem, including ad formats like In-Feed Ads, Branded Hashtag Challenges, and TopView. Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and optimize for KPIs like CTR, CPA, and ROAS. Creative mindset to craft compelling ad concepts that align with TikTok’s trends and audience preferences. Proficiency in audience segmentation and targeting strategies on TikTok Ads Manager. Excellent communication skills for client reporting and cross-team collaboration. Ability to adapt quickly to TikTok’s evolving platform features and algorithm updates. Time management skills to handle multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines. Bonus Skills Experience with other social media advertising platforms like Meta Ads or Snapchat Ads. Knowledge of video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or CapCut for ad content creation. Familiarity with influencer marketing strategies on TikTok to amplify campaign reach.
